UNICON International, Inc. has been awarded an indefinite duration contract to provide IT Help Desk services to a large local international manufacturer. UNICON will transition its own IT Help Desk staff into support roles within the near future in order to facilitate redeployment of current Help Desk staff. UNICON has indicated that the key to providing successful IT Help Desk support lies in meeting the customer’s expectations with regard to quality, efficiency, customer focus, and price. |
