UNICON International, Inc

The Ohio Department of Administrative Services, Information Technology Service Delivery Division, has awarded UNICON International, Inc. a contract to provide Security Assessment and Penetration Testing services within Ohio. Fifteen (15) state agencies will participate in the vulnerability assessment to be conducted by UNICON. UNICON’s long history of providing network consulting to large telecommunications firms throughout the United States will serve to ensure that the project will be completed with a clear understanding of the scope and function of the State’s networks.

UNICON International, Inc. is an IT Consulting firm servicing private industry and government entities nationwide for more than 13 years. This award represents one of several such support awards to UNICON by the State of Ohio during 2003. 

UNICON International, Inc. has announced that it will partner with a large telecommunications equipment manufacturer to develop the company’s Operation, Administration and Maintenance (OA&M) system for their wireless network offering. This announcement comes after months of discussions and planning. At the end, UNICON was awarded full development responsibilities for the project including customer support during post-production.

This award continues the relationship between UNICON and the customer, originally established more than 13 years ago. This history of partnership serves to ensure that the customer’s needs will be surpassed and that UNICON will develop the new product with a clear understanding of the client’s wireless network scope and function. 

UNICON International, Inc. has been awarded an indefinite duration contract to provide IT Help Desk services to a large local international manufacturer. UNICON will transition its own IT Help Desk staff into support roles within the near future in order to facilitate redeployment of current Help Desk staff. UNICON has indicated that the key to providing successful IT Help Desk support lies in meeting the customer’s expectations with regard to quality, efficiency, customer focus, and price.

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) through the Department of Administrative Services, Computer Services Division has awarded UNICON International Inc. a contract that could be worth $7.3 million for the contract duration of more than 2 years. UNICON will deliver network administration support services in Ohio, including technical support, production, administration, and project management services, to help administer, repair and enhance the network delivery capabilities of the statewide network.
