Benefits UNICON is dedicated to employee satisfaction and well-being and offers flexibility in our benefits offerings as a result. Some employees take advantage of the full range of UNICON’S benefits while others prefer to have minimum coverage resulting in greater take-home compensation. Whichever your personal goal is, we have a benefits level for you. Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance UNICON offers employees a choice of major medical plans including a PPO and a High-Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA). This choice further allows employees flexibility to determine in what way their health insurance dollars will be spent. Our dental insurance plan covers 100% of preventative services, 80% of restorative services, and 50% of major dental work performed by a dentist in the PPO network.
