Technical Recruiter/Recruiting Team

Upon applying to a specific job opening with UNICON, each candidate is assigned a Technical Recruiter to guide them through the process of finding the right opportunity for them with the right environment and skills fit. The Technical Recruiter assists with resume formatting, interview preparation and keeps a watchful eye for new opportunities that are right for you.

Technical Program Manager

Our Technical Program Manager and in-house team of technical staff may be asked to provide additional information to you regarding working at UNICON. These team members also assess your technical qualifications and further prepare you for interviewing with our esteemed clients. Generally these employees have worked on multiple projects for UNICON and have a solid understanding of the company and our technology needs.

Business Development Manager

Once requested for a client interview, you will meet the Business Development Manager (BDM) who not only manages the UNICON/client relationship, but also is your UNICON manager once you are placed on a project. The BDM will further prepare you to meet with the client managers and will be your “go-to” person at UNICON once you begin working.

Human Resources

One of our skilled Human Resources staff will assist you in getting through the pre-employment process once you are selected by the client. They will answer any employment offer questions and schedule any background and drug screens that may be required.  Additionally, they will greet you for Employee Orientation and assist in ensuring you are appropriately enrolled in UNICON’s benefit programs.
