Staffing

With our Staffing Solutions service delivery model, skilled UNICON consultants supplement the staff of our clients to provide added technical expertise or resources to successfully complete projects.

The staffing service delivery model provides the following value to our clients:

Project Services

Under UNICON's Project service delivery model, UNICON teams take full ownership of delivering finished products to our clients.

The project service delivery model provides the following value to our clients:

  • UNICON’s proven project management methodology and track record of 100% project success assures the client that the project will be completed with quality and will meet the business needs.
  • In addition to proven, experienced project managers, UNICON provides a technical executive program manager that can provide support to the project manager in rapid mitigation of project risks before they escalate.
  • UNICON provides formal internal project and technical documentation for its projects and provides mentoring for client personnel throughout the development process.
  • UNICON never holds its client hostage for post-project support by withholding critical technical documentation and training.

UNICON supports a variety of project pricing models,  which include:

  • Firm fixed price 
  • Not-to-exceed fixed price
  • Time and materials

Consulting

Our Technology Consulting service delivery model provides senior consultants to assist our clients in defining and developing overall IT strategies, implementation plans and support structures.

The Consulting service delivery model provides the following value to our clients:

  • UNICON provides access of the broad and deep experience of senior consultants, which may not currently exist on the client’s staff
  • UNICON can analyze the client’s architecture, applications, security, processes, procedures and business drivers, while developing an “as is” architecture view, an IT strategic plan, future architecture and a roadmap to achieve the IT strategic plan.
  • UNICON can provide an independent assessment of the existing infrastructure, strategic plan and roadmap to achieve the strategic plan, providing additional documentation where necessary.
