The US Pan-Asian American Chamber of Commerce announced UNICON and Nationwide as a recipient of their 2021 Synergy Award to recognize the cooperation and strength of the relationship of the two companies. Over the past few years Nationwide and UNICON have leveraged their combined synergy to foster a strong relationship that has benefited both organizations. This synergy gained momentum as Nationwide was undergoing a digital transformation as part of its enterprise test automation strategy. To support Nationwide in this journey, UNICON created a plan to invest in technologies, training, and certifications to build an expertise in this automation arena. With this alignment, UNICON was not only able to secure additional work from Nationwide, but it was also able to significantly grow its corporate technical capability and expertise. From Nationwide’s point of view, it benefited from UNICON’s support in developing enterprise best practices, creating a sustainable capability uplift program, and transforming the test automation strategy for many lines.
